Tasks

Include shift schedule The Process Engineer Supervisor will lead a team of process engineers responsible for designing, optimizing, and maintaining manufacturing processes to ensure the efficient production of high-quality solar panels. You will play a crucial role in driving continuous improvement, implementing best practices, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and sustainability standards. Your leadership and technical expertise will be instrumental in supporting the company's growth and innovation within the solar energy industry. -Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process. Identify areas for enhancement, implement innovative solutions, and monitor the impact on production efficiency, product quality, and resource utilization. -Ensure that manufacturing processes adhere to the highest quality standards. Develop and implement quality control measures, monitor process performance, and work with quality assurance teams to address any deviations. -Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of manufacturing processes, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and process flow diagrams. -Lead root cause analysis for process-related issues, develop corrective and preventive actions, and implement solutions to prevent reoccurrence. -Coordinate process improvement projects, establish project goals, allocate resources, monitor progress, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. -Lead, mentor, and develop a team of process engineers. Provide guidance, set clear performance expectations, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation. -Oversee the design, development, and optimization of solar panel manufacturing processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and reliable production methods that meet quality and cost targets. -Prioritize the safety of all team members and ensure that manufacturing processes comply with safety regulations. Promote sustainable practices and work to minimize the environmental impact of manufacturing operations. -Work closely with research and development, production, quality assurance, and other departments to support the introduction of new products, resolve technical challenges, and ensure successful scale-up of manufacturing processes. -Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in solar panel manufacturing technologies, industry trends, and emerging best practices. What You Bring

Job Title: Process Engineer Supervisor (Bilingual Preferred) -Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, especially related to solar panel assembly and testing. -Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; master’s degree is a plus. -Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role. -Familiarity with quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean). -3–5 years of process engineering experience in solar panel manufacturing or a related industry, plus 5–10 years of supervisory experience -Proficiency in project management. -Understanding of safety regulations and sustainability practices in manufacturing. -Bilingual (Mandarin, English) preferred.
