Tasks

-Manage and track project progress, including scheduling, ordering materials, and ensuring timely deliveries. -Ensure all work is completed safely, on schedule, and in alignment with project requirements. -Act as the primary point of contact between the field crew and project management. -Maintain quality control and oversee electrical installations, troubleshooting, and commissioning. -Supervise, direct, and coordinate the daily activities of electrical construction crews on-site.

What You Bring

We are currently seeking a skilled Electrical Foreman to join our Electrical Self-Perform team on projects based in King's Bay, GA. This role is vital for overseeing the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring electrical work is performed to the highest safety, quality, and production standards, while staying within the project budget and timeline. If you are a motivated, safety-conscious leader with experience managing electrical crews, we encourage you to apply and become part of our growing team! -Additional experience in other construction trades (e.g., concrete, framing, MEP trades) is a plus. -Experience in the Design-Build industry is preferred. -CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour Certifications required; EM-385 and STS certifications are also required (training can be provided). -High school diploma or GED required; college courses in construction management, engineering, or related fields are preferred. -Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and Outlook; additional software experience is a plus. -A minimum of three years of field or trade experience in construction, particularly in government, military, or large commercial projects. -At least two years of experience as a Foreman in the electrical trade, with a focus on medium to large projects, including electrical systems, safety, quality control, and production.
