Assemble fiber-optic components on 1st shift production line.

Tasks

-Package completed products and maintain a clean, organized work area -Stand, bend, and move throughout the workday -Builds Fiber-Optic assemblies using fine materials, such as optical fibers, lenses, glass tubes, metal parts, epoxy adhesives, and other related materials. -With the use of a Microscopic, manufacture optical assemblies according to Manufacturing Work Instructions. -Support production flow by rotating across various work cells -Follow established quality procedures and participate in continuous improvement initiatives

What You Bring

-Comfortable working in a production environment with daily rate/target expectations -High School Diploma or GED preferred -Good manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude -Proficient in Fiber Optics techniques -At least 1 year of assembly or lean manufacturing experience -Able to use hand tools and basic measurement devices -Lift up to 20 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
