- Plan and perform accounting functions that conform to current approval policies and procedures
- Interface with Project Directors/ Managers, project staff, and CRB management to ensure all key controls around invoice processing, expense reporting, client invoicing, and collections/ accounts payable comply with company requirements
- Daily interaction with company personnel, managers, clients, and vendors

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Deltek Vision accounting software a plus
- Up to two years of prior experience in a construction accounting position
