Tasks
As a Service Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining our beautiful community, Aspire Naples, ensuring our residents receive fast, professional service while keeping the property’s buildings, grounds, and equipment in peak condition. -Grounds & Community Upkeep – Keep property clean and well-maintained, including snow removal and seasonal pool maintenance where applicable. -General Maintenance – Maintain and repair appliances, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC equipment, and exterior buildings to ensure top-quality operations. -Apartment Turnovers – Prepare market-ready apartments by performing repairs, installations, and inspections. -Safety & Compliance – Adhere to OSHA safety standards, company policies, and Fair Housing regulations. -Preventative Maintenance – Schedule and perform routine maintenance to proactively address potential issuesbefore they arise.

What You Bring
Do you take pride in keeping apartment communities in top shape? Are you skilled in maintenance and repairs while providing excellent customer service? If so, CIG Communities is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team at one of our Class ‘A’ properties in Naples, Florida. -Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred (if the community has a pool). -Ability to handle basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs. -EPA HVAC Certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months, paid by the company). -Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. -1-2 years of property maintenance experience or related field. -Positive attitude and team-player mentality. -High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
