  • Assist with special projects within the Finance group as needed
  • Coordinate and manage documentation for the Payroll Department, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
  • Respond to payroll audit requests by gathering and organizing required information
  • Run weekly timecard reports and follow up with employees to resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain and update payment records by logging into various client portals to input details on payments received from and issued to subcontractors
  • Support Payroll Analysts by collecting and verifying new hire documents
