Design Verification Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to oversee the design verification team who are working on state-of-the art high-speed digital integrated circuits and silicon photonics. You will oversee the verification strategy while still being involved in the hands-on testing day to day. You will be working for an established semiconductor startup who have raised over $100million to date.

• Has worked on the full verification of high-speed ASIC designs from start to finish
• Working with protocols for Optical Communications

• Digital Data Communication techniques including scrambling or forward error correction (FEC)
• High-Speed Interfaces (Ethernet, SerDes, PCIe etc.)
• Scripting/Automation with either Python, Perl or TCL
• System level understanding and able to work with high-level specifications
• Strong experience working on ASIC or SoC design verification
• B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or similar
• Solid background working with SystemVerilog and Universal Verification Methodology (UVM)
• Hands-on experience in the process of creating a testbench to simulate chip design meets the specifications
