  • Maintain Property Administration Portal site

  • 1+ years of related property management administration experience
  • Computer Skills - Strong skills in Excel and Word; SharePoint and Yardi experience an asset.
  • A reliable vehicle and a valid Class G driver’s license in good standing
  • Attention to detail
  • Organizational/Multi-Task Skills - Ability to allocate one's time effectively, work under pressure and manage tight deadlines; ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities, and adapt to new ideas and constant changes
