Supervise roofing crews, plan projects, ensure safety and conduct inspections.

-Responsible for doing pre-job & post-job inspections -Planning jobs for labor crews -Daily communications with the customer -Work closely with the Warehouse Manager in ordering materials for projects -Supervise multiple production/service crews -Responsible for setting up and maintaining a safe job site -Planning and executing a successful project

What You Bring

-Must have good working knowledge of roofing procedures and safety -A valid state driver’s license (in good standing) is required -5+ year’s supervisory/sales experience in roofing/construction -Requires excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills -Experience with: TPO, EPDM, BUR, Foam, Metal, Acrylic & Coating Systems
