Tasks

-Provide direction, leadership and coaching to team members on current jobs and priorities. -Making strategic decisions to positively impact the success of the Division and ensure deadlines are met. -Continuously promote the company’s services to adjusters and/or potential clients. -Serve as point of contact for urgent issues. -Promote employee growth and development through training. -Outdoor fieldwork at restoration sites, which may include residential, commercial, or industrial properties. Duties may involve exposure to different weather conditions (sun, rain, snow, heat). -Promote inter-office communication via regular staff meetings providing direction for the overall success of the Division. -Drive Division level financial success in areas such as Revenue, Profit, Billing, and DSO. -Office Safety Protocols: Adhere to established office safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment. This includes the following guidelines for the proper use of office equipment and ensuring that workspaces are free from clutter to prevent trips and falls. -Collaborate and support Sales efforts in meeting corporate revenue objectives. -Support the Company’s safe workplace policies and practices and promotes adherence. -Ensuring that performance reviews for their Division are processed on-time. -Establish and maintain strong relationships with adjusters, customers, co-workers and contractors -Conducting regular staff meetings or 1:1s to ensure positive flow of communication -Ensure all segments of divisional operations support the timely billing and DSO reduction. -Ergonomic Practices: Practice ergonomic principles to prevent musculoskeletal disorders. This includes proper desk setup, using adjustable chairs, and maintaining good posture while seated. -Hire, manage, and maintain a diverse workforce. -Regulatory Requirements: Adhere to all local, state, and federal safety regulations, including OSHA and EPA standards. -Safety Training: Complete all mandatory safety training sessions, including but not limited to hazard communication, emergency response, and safe equipment handling.

What You Bring

-Sitting and Standing: Prolonged sitting or standing required (in office, driving and/or at job sites). Regular alternating between sitting and standing -Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Required PPE may include gloves, masks, goggles, hard hats, and safety footwear. All employees must wear PPE as required for their specific roles and job site conditions. -Potential exposure to hazardous materials, chemicals, or contaminants specific to restoration work, requiring strict adherence to safety protocols and use of PPE. -Results driven and customer relations focus. -Ability to meet target and production goals. -Possesses leadership skills, with ability to motivate and increase morale. -Emergency Procedures: Familiarize yourself with emergency procedures relevant to your specific job site, including evacuation routes, and emergency contacts. -Repetitive Motions: Continuous repetitive motion and tasks involving L/R hand movement (computer/mouse), wrists, or arms (e.g., typing, data entry). -Reporting Safety Concerns: Ability to identify and immediately report any unsafe conditions, hazards, incidents or injuries to supervisors without fear of retaliation. -Basic knowledge of human resource management skills. -Specialized knowledge in areas of asbestos, contents processing, lead abatement, or mold remediation depending on area of responsibility. -Visual Ability: requirement for clear vision (e.g., close work, computer use, eye coordination) -Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry materials or equipment weighing up to 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. with assistance. -Machinery Operation: Capacity to operate machinery and tools as required by job tasks, which may involve fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. -Sufficient knowledge of current management techniques and best practices. -Physical Activities: Ability to perform tasks that require, walking, bending, reaching, crouching, kneeling, climb, squat, crawl, lift above shoulder, reach, and twist. -Familiarity with industry rules and regulations. -May include travel to and from job sites, requiring the use of company vehicles. Possibility of attending out-of-town training or conferences. -Proven management experience in commercial and residential industry.
