Tasks

-Controls Installation layout to fellow Tech Installers -Completes paperwork, including but not limited to time sheets, expense reports, and on-site documentation. Provides feedback to Project Manager on changes and keeps as-built drawings current. -Works with other trades to coordinate work on the job site -Assisting Leads and technicians with point to point, adjustment/repairs and start up -Installation of water valves, Damper motors, watertight covers, temp sensor, Controllers, etc. -Mounts and terminates controls equipment as needed. -Installs raceways, cables, and wiring to meet local or national codes, standards, and customer system requirements -Material Management (Making sure material is onsite for work to be completed) -Managing workflow so that work is being completed in an efficient fashion and everyone assigned to the project site are fully utilized -Install using hand tools or power tools -Installation equipment management - making sure site is equipped with necessary installation equipment, including, Ladders, Gang Boxes -Install HVAC and building automation controls on new construction, remodeled, and service locations.

This position is typically held by an individual who has 3-5 years’ experience in the Electrical installation industry and has a strong understanding of Electrical installation practices and has fundamental knowledge of HVAC or other building or electronic control systems. This position is responsible for themselves and the assigned Team’s delivering a high-quality Controls installation. This person will typically lead teams of two or more and will take instructions form the Tech Installer Supervisor. You must submit an online application to be considered for any position with us. This position will be posted until filled. -Works well with team members (installers will be moved between crews depending on workload or if the lead is called to a job with minimal work/hours) -Low voltage cable rough in. -Basic trouble shooting -Must be capable of lifting equipment up to 75 lbs. for a distance. -Able to climb ladders and work at moderate heights -Candidate must pass a criminal background check and drug screening -3-5 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. -Willing to work after hours and weekends when necessary. -Sound and fireproofing -Must have a valid driver's license. -Hand tools, power tools, powder actuated tools and ladder experience

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
