  • Communicate and follow up with Finance and Property Administration teams of unposted transactions on the bank reconciliation
  • Update Daily Tenant EFT and Vendor PAP listings
  • Prepare journal entries when required
  • Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly Bank Reconciliations for assigned accounts
  • Process assigned Account Transfers and Wire Payments on various Online Banking Platforms
  • Process the Setup, Update or Cancellation of Tenant EFTs/PADs and Vendor PADs from the Property Administration team
  • Complete assigned ad-hoc tasks received in Shared Team outlook account
  • Prepare Bank Deposits as required

  • Relationship Skills: ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written; ability to develop and sustain cooperative working relationships with internal departments; team player
  • Minimum 6 months post secondary education
  • Previous experience completing Bank Reconciliations
  • Organizational/Multi-Tasking: ability to allocate time effectively, work under pressure to meet deadlines; ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities; ability to prioritize workload; ability to work at a detailed level and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment that includes new ideas and change
  • Decision Making Skills: ability to identify, analyze and solve problems; ability to take decisive action within authorized limits
  • Must possess an aptitude for numbers
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel. Experience with ERP systems such as YARDI Voyager is considered an asset
