- 3+ years of business development or outside sales experience, preferably in the restoration, construction, or property services industry.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally throughout assigned territory.
