What You Bring

-Ability to maintain onsite project documentation. -Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications. -Must be well organized and detail oriented. -A demonstrated understanding of construction means, and methods associated with the heavy construction industry -Ability to schedule and coordinate all site work. -Experience in leading multi-disciplined teams. -Ability to interact with people on all levels ensuring that all external and internal communication is carried out to a high standard. -Computer knowledge musts: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook, Project scheduling - P-3 at minimum. -Highly motivated, driven and results oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. -Ability to multitask and manage multiple sites. -Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Strong team leadership project management skills. -Ability to direct the work of subcontractors in order to achieve project goals. -Minimum five years’ experience in the heavy construction industry. Must have bridge, roadwork, and DOT experience.
