-Excellent listening and communication skills for customer-facing interactions -Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record -Willingness to travel 75–100% of the time as part of the IMPACT Fly Team -Proficiency with electrical testing and commissioning tools -Exceptional documentation skills and attention to detail -Strong knowledge of mechanical HVAC systems and building automation -Advanced computer skills (Metasys preferred) -Ability to collaborate across teams and represent Johnson Controls with professionalism -Experience with low-voltage and 120V wiring (preferred) -Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records
