Tasks

-Lead and manage multiple teams, providing supervision, training, mentorship, and support. -Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing clients or adjacent organizations. -Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand and meet their requirements. -Oversee project cost, schedule, and performance of projects. Guide project managers/ team leads in setting milestones, reviewing technical progress, tracking expenditures, and reporting to clients and KBR management. -Ensure the completion of contract requirements, including status reports and deliverables. -Relay client feedback to other managers and colleagues within KBR. -Hire new talent as needed to meet emerging requirements, including job posting, interviewing, and onboarding. -When customer demand exists for a new capability, decide whether to establish that capability within your team (hiring, training, etc.), use another KBR team, or send the work to a subcontractor. -Develop or refine internal processes to enable an increased volume of work.

What You Bring

-Experience: At least 10 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with government contracting processes. -Technical experience within science, technology, or engineering -Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) or a similar certification -Proximity to Jacksonville, FL to enable face-to-face collaboration with government clients and KBR team members. -Education: A BS/BA degree or an equivalent combination of education and additional experience. -Clearance: Current DoD Secret Security Clearance or eligibility to obtain & maintain one. -Military experience, ideally within Naval aviation maintenance
