Tasks

-Travel extensively to project sites throughout the assigned region. -Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and productivity. -Effectively communicate with project stakeholders, including owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. -Develop and implement detailed construction schedules and ensure adherence to project deadlines. -Manage project budgets and track costs to identify and address potential deviations. -Conduct regular inspections and identify and address any safety hazards or quality issues promptly. -Oversee all aspects of quality control and safety compliance on project sites. -Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on project progress, safety, and financials. -Provide direct leadership and supervision to field crews, subcontractors, and vendors on assigned projects.

As a Travel Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of construction projects across various geographical locations. You will be a key member of our project management team, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Background checks are required for all new hires. -Valid driver's license and a willingness to travel. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. -Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations. -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software (e.g., Procore). -Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. -Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or similar role in commercial construction.
