What You Bring

-8+ years of proven experience in customer success, technical account management, or field operations—preferably in robotics, automation, or AI-driven services -Strategic thinker with a bias for action and a passion for customer advocacy -Familiarity with CRM tools, ticketing systems, and customer health dashboards -Solar Asset Manager experience preferred -Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for executive and operational audiences -Strong understanding of industrial inspection workflows and remote monitoring technologies
