Support commissioning team with checklists, site visits, reporting, and functional testing.

Tasks

-Perform construction phase site visits. -Works with the commissioning (Cx) team to develop pre-functional checklist (PFC). -Works with the Cx team to completion and review data of the pre-functional checklist for accuracy. -Field reporting from site visits. -Works with the Cx team to perform functional testing with Commissioning Agent and contractors. -Works with the Cx team for tracking of open issues from field reporting. -Works with the Cx team to perform seasonal testing if required.

What You Bring

-General knowledge of the commissioning processes and procedures for MEP. -Understanding of different types of HVAC equipment and functionality -Ability to review drawings and verify systems are installed per design requirements -Mechanically inclined with the ability to problem solve buy finding resources to obtain information required to complete task. -Travel requirements: This position follows a 10 days on / 4 days off rotation. Team members travel to the project site for 10 consecutive days, then have 4 days off at home. All travel expenses to and from the job site will be covered by Haskell. Candidates may live anywhere within the U.S. -Excellent organizational, communications and analytical skills. -Associate degree plus 0-3 years of experience in commissioning preferred, or a combination of education and experience. -Ability to self-manage time and travel
