  • Utilize Microsoft Copilot to enhance workflow efficiency, streamline communications, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Uphold the highest standards of personal and professional integrity, adhering to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the company’s investor relations and operational excellence.
  • Maintain CRM data integrity by accurately recording investor interactions and updates.
  • Escalate complex or high-profile queries and collaborate with relevant departments to ensure accurate resolution.
  • Serve as the primary liaison and spokesperson to investors and other stakeholders, effectively communicating complex and detailed information regarding property operations, tenant matters, lease agreements, loan structures, and other investment specifics. Demonstrate a deep understanding of quarterly reports and confidently address investor questions with clarity and accuracy.
  • Deliver exceptional service to investors and other stakeholders through various communication channels, including telephone and email, by responding to inquiries and/or resolving issues regarding fund and/or property performance, conducting research and providing timely follow-up, as needed.
  • Coordinate and host investor conference calls and webinars, managing logistics and communications.
  • Assist investors with the completion of investment documentation and proactively follow up on outstanding paperwork.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work both with a team and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to interact with senior executives, investors, and external stakeholders.
  • This position requires a Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Business, Finance, Accounting, Communications or related field from a four-year college or university.
  • Experience with Zoom and Microsoft Copilot are preferred.
  • Experience with CRM software is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Understanding of financial statements and core real estate concepts are preferred.
  • This position requires over 2 years and up to 5 years of prior professional client service experience, preferably in a real estate, finance, or investment industries environment.
  • Conflict resolution experience is preferred.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point are required.
  • Keyboarding skills are required for this position.
