Tasks

-Expedite the move-in process by coordinating with the Director of Resident Services to facilitate an assessment of all new and transferring residents.* -Perform resident orientation and move-in inspection of apartment with new resident on behalf of sales & marketing.* -As appropriate, ensure that all model and respite rooms are ready to show at all times.* -When needed, may answer inquiry calls and internet inquiries using appropriate forms to communicate all activity to the department. Effectively and proficiently utilizes digital software platforms for completion.* -Meet with families and new and current residents regarding apartment transfers. -In conjunction with Director of Sales, assist in the planning and hosting of events for prospects or referral sources.* -Facilitate the new resident orientation process with all department heads per company policy.* -Maintain high levels of customer service and occupancy; establish and maintain good working relationships with residents and their families.* -Maintain professional standards of personal appearance and grooming to reflect sales ability, leadership and integrity, which includes wearing the proper uniform and name tag when on duty. -Complete pre-move-in inspection, check keys and pendants to apartment 72 hours prior to move-in and report any unfavorable conditions to the Maintenance Director and Executive Director.* -Greet prospects, residents, vendors, visitors and fellow associates professionally and enthusiastically.* -Coordinate the distribution of all move-in paperwork to the appropriate departments.* -Prepare and complete all paperwork related to new move-ins and transfers according to state guidelines and company policy, including preparation of move-in packets. Effectively and proficiently utilizes digital software platforms for completion.* -Takes the initiative in work, seeks out additional information, and offers solutions/suggestions. -Share positive and/or negative comments related to customer satisfaction with the Director of Sales and Executive Director. -Attend and participate in all meetings and trainings as required by company policy and the Director of Sales.* -Present the community to prospects or current residents to assist with the sales process as needed. -Coordinate and communicate unit readiness with appropriate departments to ensure timely move-ins and transfers.*
