Tasks

-Prepare and present regular reports and dashboards to senior management -Serve as a liaison between construction operations, legal, finance, and insurance providers -Establish goals of “excellency” in work product and ability to constantly strive toward that -Maintain accurate and complete claim documentation in accordance with company policies -Coordinate with insurance carriers, TPAs, legal counsel, and project teams to ensure proper claims handling -Provide guidance on insurance coverage, policy interpretation, and claims best practices -Analyze claims data to identify trends, root causes, and areas of risk exposure -Support training initiatives for project teams on claims prevention and reporting -Manage and monitor claims related to general liability, workers’ compensation, builder’s risk, and subcontractor default insurance -Recommend improvements to claims handling procedures and risk mitigation strategies

What You Bring

-Strong understanding of commercial construction operations and insurance policies (GL, AL, WC, Builder’s Risk, SDI) -Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, claims management systems, and risk analysis tools -Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in construction claims, preferably in commercial construction. -Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments -Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
