Tasks

-Builds and maintains strong relationships within Internal client groups to understand business requirements, resolve issues, and improve customer outcomes. -Manages and supports a team by organizing, scheduling, and facilitating working groups or communities of practice. -Reviews regular reporting and status updates to cross-functional leadership to ensure leaders are kept informed of project status, issues, and risk. -Implements short-term strategies and initiatives to enhance data management maturity, supporting broader company objectives. -Drives the execution of foundational data maturity activities identified in the Quality Management Data Management program’s strategy. -Manages and delivers data quality improvement initiatives that enable risk-informed, data-driven decision-making. -Translates business requirements into actionable data management initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals. -Identifies, defines, and escalates issues related to data security, data access, data ownership, and data governance policy, standards, and procedures. Ensures data-related issues and risks are appropriately surfaced and resolved. -Communicates updates and developments related to data governance, management, and integrity to enhance the company’s data literacy. -Engages in necessary productive conflict to achieve results for a broad set of stakeholders.
