  • Drive product specification and manage commercial projects from initial engagement through to securing orders
  • Manage project pipelines and client data within CRM systems with consistent accuracy
  • Support showroom operations including periodic customer service coverage
  • Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and client functions including occasional after-hours attendance
  • Provide expert technical advice including pricing, tender support, and installation guidance
  • Maintain active client engagement through regular presentations, site visits, and project development meetings
  • Provide valuable market intelligence and competitive insights to senior leadership
  • Maintain comprehensive sample libraries ensuring clients have current product resources
  • Represent premium product portfolios through compelling client presentations and consultations
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with architects, interior designers, manufacturers, and furniture suppliers

  • Demonstrated ability to read and interpret architectural plans and technical documentation
  • Current Victorian driver's license with access to reliable vehicle
  • Background in furniture, architectural products, building materials, or commercial interior finishes welcomed
  • Professional presentation skills with confidence in high-level client-facing situations
  • 3-5 years proven experience in product sales within architecture or interior design sectors
