  • Manage logistics for Christmas tree visits, including pre-arrival organization and on-site concierge communication.
  • Assist with setup, execution, and guest interaction at seasonal events including tree lightings, Santa experiences, and exclusive member gatherings
  • Coordinate and support personalized visits for top-tier loyalty members, including pre-arrival planning, on-site hosting, and post-visit follow-up
  • Collaborate with the Hospitality team to refine and document concierge standard operating procedures, with emphasis on holiday services and elevated guest expectations
  • Monitor and respond to service desk tickets, ensuring timely and thoughtful resolutions for loyalty members and VIP guests
  • Deliver warm, professional service through greetings, clear communication, and proactive problem-solving. Maintain deep knowledge of property offerings and seasonal activations
  • Conduct test purchases and assist with program audits to ensure smooth operation of the Caruso Signature platform
