Recruiting Coordinator
Acco Engineered Systems
Employee‑owned mechanical contractor designing, fabricating, installing and servicing HVAC, plumbing, piping, electrical and automation systems.
Coordinates recruiting activities—scheduling interviews, travel, offers, and communications.
Follow established talent acquisition processes and use of technologies to ensure data accuracy.

Ensure the proper compilation of offer letters and related materials.
Work closely with other coordinators and administrative support throughout the organization to ensure timely and efficient scheduling of candidates and interviewers.
Track recruiting and hiring process/metrics so that the processes are transparent and measurable.
Identify and assist in improving the recruiting process.
Work with external recruiting firms, recruiting job sites, social media, and career fairs to ensure cost effective and optimal sourcing tools to find great candidates.
Perform administrative duties as needed to support the recruiting team.
Participate in recruiting events as needed.
Support corporate recruiters and hiring managers to build and enhance recruiting strategies.
Maintain confidentiality of candidate and organizational information
Provide guidance on the recruiting process for filling positions quickly with qualified and motivated candidates.
Manage the Applicant Tracking System tracking and update the candidates' profiles as needed.
Answer phones and greet employees/candidates.
Assist with scheduling phone and onsite interviews/Coordinate candidate travel.
Review candidate resumes of open positions.
Engage with candidates throughout the process including responding to inbound questions and contacting candidates proactively to check in with them, follow up, answer questions they may have, etc.
