Lead and deliver onshore wind projects across all stages - from feasibility and design to construction and commissioning - ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and contributing to strategic growth in the renewable energy sector.
Mentor and support team development, fostering a culture of innovation, learning, and continuous improvement within the wind energy practice.
Provide technical leadership in wind energy systems, particularly in foundation design, grid connection, and environmental considerations.
Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, integrating expertise to deliver holistic project outcomes.

Commercial acumen and strategic thinking, with experience in business development, proposal writing, and identifying market opportunities in the renewable energy sector.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, including presenting at industry forums, liaising with clients, and representing Arup in external partnerships.
Strong engineering background, ideally in civil, structural or electrical disciplines, with a deep understanding of wind turbine technology and infrastructure.
Extensive experience in onshore wind energy projects, including technical delivery, project management, and client engagement across multiple phases of development.
Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor staff, lead multidisciplinary teams, and foster collaboration across business units.
