Tasks
-Support safe, organized, and efficient job sites. -Grow into a leadership role by supervising crews, enforcing safety standards, and overseeing project timelines. -Perform carpentry and construction tasks, including rough and finish carpentry, structural builds, and custom assemblies. -Collaborate with teams, clients, and subcontractors to keep projects on track. -Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accuracy and quality. -Travel nationally to manage field projects when needed and working locally during downtime

What You Bring
-Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. -Willingness to travel extensively (up to 45 weeks per year) -OSHA certification and valid driver's license required (additional certifications a plus). -5+ years of professional experience (including trade school or higher education), with at least 2-3 years in carpentry, construction, or foreman-related roles. -Strong carpentry skills, blueprint reading, and knowledge of construction methods. -Leadership experience or readiness to grow into a supervisory role.
