Tasks

-Report on MQLs, email engagement, form conversions, and campaign ROI -Create, schedule, and publish branded content using Cloud Campaign -Provide creative and technical marketing support for key events and sponsorships -Collaborate with the PR agency on media amplification and content distribution -Recommend optimizations based on data trends and business unit feedback -Track performance metrics and adjust strategy based on engagement trends -Support campaign planning and execution across channels -Design graphics, infographics, one-pagers, PowerPoint templates, and digital ads -Develop and launch targeted email campaigns, landing pages, and lead capture forms using HubSpot -Maintain campaign and web performance dashboards in HubSpot and Google Analytics -Manage the content calendar -Manage SEO-driven website updates and content uploads in coordination with vendors -Ensure consistency with brand standards across all channels and materials -Partner with business units and BD teams to support strategic pursuits and visibility efforts -Create campaign visuals, email headers, and on-brand visuals for events and internal communication

What You Bring

-Demonstrated success growing social media channels and increasing digital engagement -3-5 years of experience in digital or social media marketing, preferably in A/E/C or a professional services environment -Familiarity with GA4 and SEO tools -Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail and design -Proficiency in platforms including HubSpot, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere) -Creative thinker with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines -Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field. -Strong portfolio showcasing digital content creation across formats (writing, visual, video)
