Lead internal cadence meetings to track performance, escalate blockers, and ensure alignment across delivery teams.
Act as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for their needs while balancing commercial outcomes.
Identify and pursue opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell products and services to existing Retailers.
Ensure delivery of contracted services and programs, proactively managing risks and resolving issues.
Drive improvements in customer profitability through tailored commercial strategies, pricing optimisation, and cost-to-serve reduction initiatives.
Build and maintain trusted relationships across multiple levels and functions within the Retailer’s organisation.
Promote a safe and healthy work environment and contribute to the continual improvement in quality and performance at Intellihub by complying with all relevant policies and procedures.
Collaborate with Product and Operational teams to co-create value propositions and experiences that resonate with Retailer needs.
Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with both the Retailer’s and our business objectives.
Oversee the preparation and delivery of proposals, presentations, and performance reviews with Retailers.

5+ years in a similar role within energy or a complex, regulated services environment
Deeply customer-focused with a commercial lens
Knowledge of customer lifecycle management (onboarding, retention, expansion)
Commercial acumen with ability to interpret financials and develop growth strategies
Adaptable and comfortable with change
Proven success in key account or client relationship management, ideally B2B
Proficient in CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics preferred), Power BI, and MS Office
Trusted relationship builder with strong influencing skills
Clear communicator, confident presenting to senior stakeholders
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Marketing or related field (preferred)
Strong understanding of contract management and SLAs
