The Role

Overview

Sell new homes, guide buyers through the process, and ensure customer satisfaction

Tasks

-Respond to customer requests for further assistance or information. -Host grand openings and community events. -Utilize competitive market analysis (CMA) and other data-driven tools to sell homes. -Continuously search for new prospects through networking, referrals, and effective follow-up. -Conduct weekly follow-up calls with buyers until the home closes. -Document sales transactions, follow up on loan applications, and monitor sales and cancellations. -Demonstrate models, homes, and home sites, discussing floor plans, general construction, and options. -Overcome sales objections and close the sale, ensuring customer satisfaction. -Welcome visitors and provide them with literature, point-of-sale information, and handouts. -Periodically works in outdoor weather conditions ( for roles in Construction/Customer Service/Land/Sales ). -Conduct business in a professional and ethical manner to reinforce goodwill and profitability for the company. -Ensure all sales models and the entire community are properly maintained and clean. -Keep marketing materials updated and ready for distribution. -Contact real estate brokers and conduct presentations to attract them to our communities. -Receive offers, applications, and answer questions about financing.

What You Bring

-Ability to move about work location. -Ability to drive/travel as needed with valid driver's license due to local travel between communities. -The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation. -Ability to walk up and down stairs. -Current local Real Estate license required. -Ability to connect with people and develop and maintain professional relationships. -Quick and accurate decision-making based on facts, data, and metrics. -Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate accurately and persuasively. -Ability to observe details at close range and communicate information so others will understand. -Previous sales experience required; new home sales experience preferred. -High school degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. -Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with customer relationship management software preferred. -Ability to transport and move up to 20 lbs and move as needed ( for roles in Construction/Customer Service/IT/Land/Marketing/Sales/Studio ). -Ability to work within a team setting, inclusive of others' ideas, and a willingness to cooperate. -Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
