What you would be doing

Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
Assists with distributing items to apartments.
Assist with basic facility responsibilities such as building walkthroughs, notating damages, and submitting work orders.
Maintain confidentiality in all COCM/MSU matters concerning students and staff alike.
Receives, processes, and distributes resident packages.
Troubleshooting and answering incoming telephone calls, determining the purpose of calls, and forwarding calls to appropriate personnel or departments.
Take and deliver messages or transfer calls to voicemail when appropriate personnel are unavailable.
Operates computer terminals to input and retrieve data.
Enforcing policies/ procedures of the residence halls and the university (including campus, state, and federal regulations).
Assists in maintaining resident files for accuracy and accountability.
Assists with clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
