We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key accounts in the traffic management equipment hire industry. They will work with clients to identify and fulfil their needs and will be responsible for ensuring that all services and products are delivered to the highest standard.

Developing and executing business development plans

You will have the opportunity to make this role you own and be directly responsible to grow our business in VIC and in other locations as required

Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of the business development strategy

A proven track record of developing and implementing sales plans.

Proven B2B sales experience including a track history of developing strong sales pipelines across commercial and government clients.

Experience in the hire industry is desirable.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.

Successful applicants will undergo and pass a Police Check and Pre-Medical as part of the hiring process.

Experience/knowledge of tendering and proactively establishing strategic relationships.

Demonstrated commitment to quality, organised, self-motivated and self-driven.
