  • Support project teams with printing and preparation of technical documents.
  • Maintain company vehicle, including scheduling, maintenance, and recordkeeping.
  • Provide general administrative support, including managing mail, assisting with expense reports, scheduling meetings, and ordering lunches for multiple locations.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for guests and team members—greeting visitors, answering phones, and ensuring a positive office experience.
  • Maintain a comprehensive and proactive calendar of upcoming events, including tracking of registration, abstract, award, and sponsorship deadlines.
  • Maintain an organized and welcoming office environment, including supply ordering and upkeep of kitchen and shared spaces.

  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Asana, and Teams.
  • Comfortable with answering and transferring phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) required. 3+ years of administrative experience preferred.

**This position is not available for remote working. Monday - Friday / 8am - 5pm in-office.**

Compensation range: $18hr - $25.44hr. Based on our Lake Oswego, OR office location. (West Yost uses geographic salary differentials that would apply for candidates in other regions).
