We’re seeking a proactive and adaptable professional to provide essential support to our Industrial Market Leader. In this role, you’ll work closely with market leadership to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is a natural problem-solver with excellent communication skills, a friendly and outgoing personality, and strong attention to detail. You should be highly organized and comfortable taking initiative to find solutions independently. This is an on-site position, with the flexibility to work remotely 1–2 days per week after completing training.

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • 2+ years of experience providing executive-level support.
  • Proficient in managing expense reports in Concur.
