  • Welcome Guests & Clients: Greet all visitors with a friendly, professional attitude and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Manage Deliveries & Mail: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming packages and mail. Handle outgoing shipments when needed.
  • Answer Phones & Emails: Manage incoming calls and emails, answer general inquiries, and route messages promptly.
  • Support Internal Teams: Help coordinate meetings, prepare documents, and assist other departments with administrative tasks.
