Recruiting Coordinator

Description

• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, such as preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and new hire paperwork.
• Assist with the coordination of job fairs, career events, and other recruitment initiatives.
• Coordinate pre-employment activities, including reference checks, background checks, and drug screenings, as required.
• Participate in the onboarding process by coordinating orientation schedules and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
• Source candidates based on needs of recruitment team, assist with referral management.
• Process all new hire request, offer letters and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and excel trackers ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, in-person and virtual, ensuring all parties are well-informed of the details.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
• Previous experience as a recruiting coordinator, HR assistant, or in a similar role is preferred.
• Proactive and resourceful mindset, with the ability to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently
