About The Sack Company
Founded in 1945 in Statesboro, GA, by engineers/builders Albert Roesel and Harry Sack, the company evolved from a small residential contractor into an MEP powerhouse.
Initially focused on winding electric motors, it later expanded into industrial, commercial, and custom machinery services, including international plant relocations.
Headquartered in Statesboro, with offices in Dublin, Savannah, and Lexington.
Specialized in turnkey MEP work—mechanical, electrical, plumbing—plus BIM capabilities, arc‑flash auditing, HVAC services, fire sprinklers, piping, and controls.
Its millwright and rigging teams handle machinery overhaul, precision alignment, shutdowns, relocations and global logistics across North America and Europe.
The company’s maintenance division offers EPA‑certified HVAC, refrigeration, preventive maintenance, rapid diagnosis and service fleets across the Southeast.
